Approach

We build leaders who catalyze change for the larger good. Change that is sustainable and equitable. A common thread in all our leadership journeys is the inside-out approach. The learning journey starts with self-awareness, by learning the ways to knowing one-self and building deep connections within. Moving outwards, to building relationships with others and the wider environment. The focus is on replacing competitiveness and individualism with a deep sense of connection, cooperation and collaboration. When more and more such leaders come together, a critical mass is formed, giving rise to a community of leaders.

Our learning approach is integrated. The learning elements are designed to holistically hone the capabilities and thereby empower existing and potential leaders. For this, our focus is on building knowledge (theme based/ sectoral) skills (that build their persona and equip them with leadership competencies) and self-awareness (through which one gets to have a deeper understanding of one’s patterns, mental models etc. and starts listening to one’s inner voice and make responsible choices of actions that benefits self, society and the planet).
